off-SEASON
Strength
The off season provides a good window of opportunity for a player to work on those specific physical performance areas of perceived weakness. Resulting in the structural adaptations without impacting performance on the pitch.
Conditioning
Addressing the physical needs and requirements based on the previous season. Making sure the foundations are in place to build on throughout the preseason period to the beginning of the competitve season.
Recovery
Addressing the physical needs and requirements based on the previous season. Gearing towards the physical and mental recovery as well as individual injury issues that may have occurred.
Tailored Coaching
Infinity performance provides coaching in person or online to pro, semi pro and amateur players from around the world. Tailored coaching is specific to your strengths, weaknesses and equipment availability.
Programming
Monthly programming, with a full video library which tracks your stats as you progress.
Direct Support
Direct support with Hakeem or tailored coach over WhatsApp.
